Traxxas is currently seeking a Part Time HR Assistant to provide daily administration of the HR functions by performing a variety of activities: recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance as well as HR administrative support.
Responsibilities include:

Process employee background investigations for new hires

Coordinate new hire process and assist in onboarding activities

Maintain employee records and other files
-
Process new hires, terminations, status changes, tax changes, deductions, direct deposits, and medical/dental reimbursements in the HRIS system.

Complete verification of employment and state unemployment information requests.

Conduct monthly benefit enrollment meetings with newly eligible employees
-
Reconcile monthly benefit invoices
-
Maintain I9 records
-
Assist with recruitment, application, and interview process

Scan and archive employee records
-
Facilitate training and maintain training records
-
Assists with planning and coordinating employee meetings, events, training, annual benefits enrollments and communications.

Assist with various special projects

Perform other related administrative duties as required
The ideal candidate may have:

1-2 years human resources experience preferred

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to manage priorities and workflow

Acute attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills

Must be professional, detailed, accurate, able to multi-task, organized, and possess a strong sense of urgency and confidentiality
