Reporting to the Sports and Games Managerial staff, the Pickleball Team Member is responsible for the day-to-day operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor pickleball facilities
- Take reservations and schedule meets
- Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of courts
- Maintain inventory of concessions and retail items
- Deliver high level of customer service when working at the front desk, answering calls, and assisting guests
- Handle payment transactions and deposit receipts
- Register players
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Customer relations and front desk experience preferred
Point-of-Sale register and cash handling experience preferred
Capable of multi-tasking and working independently
Must have a valid state issued driver’s license with a reliable means of transportation
Open to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift 20 pounds unassisted and 30 pounds assisted
Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions
Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco, and drug-free workplace
