Purpose of the Job
The Placers Staffing Specialist is a staffing professional who will be responsible for the deliverables for all contingent workforce solutions and verticals and the execution of its strategy while representing our Outside-in values and core purpose. The Placers Staffing Specialist is responsible for managing the candidate experience, delivery for accounts, fulfilling revenue and gross margin objectives, and other financial and operational KPIs as determined. In summary, the purpose of this job is to provide staffing solutions for our customers.
Key Accountabilities
The Placers Staffing Specialist is responsible for the effective placement of a contingent workforce to our customers. This includes overall responsibility in the following areas:
Candidate Liaison
- Regularly network with and interview active job seekers to build a candidate pipeline
- Reach out via calls, emails, and social media networks to qualified candidates for specialized roles
- Manage the relationship with your candidates from building the relationship to sourcing and screening, introducing opportunities, facilitating interviews and offers, providing career assistance/coaching, onboarding candidates in new roles, and maintaining relationships long-term
- Ensure customer orders are filled with quality and timely placements
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems or complaints of the temporaries and customers
- Coach and counsel temporaries to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction. If necessary, termination of employees may be required in extreme situations
Customer Experience
- Provide exceptional “above and beyond” service for our customers

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalency in work experience or education required
- Previous experience in sales, human resources, or a service industry is required, successful prior experience in a recruitment/account management capacity is a big plus
- Ability to learn and use current business tools and technology on many platforms, our CRM and ATS for example
- Ability to travel to various locations (e.g., customer sites, other company offices) as needed
- Ability to communicate effectively, directly, and tactfully with others
- Ability to shift back and forth between two or more tasks
- Ability to produce results within an autonomous environment, within company guidelines and have the flexibility to identify and respond to changes in priorities
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to all clients (customers, employees, and vendors)
- Ability to analyze and evaluate people, data, and other criteria to determine courses of action
- Previous business development experience including developing sales strategies, conducting cold calls, making sales presentations, closing techniques, and developing service and pricing proposals a big plus
- Ability to demonstrate success working in a fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with exhibited a sense of urgency in all sales and service-related activity
- Exceptional communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong emphasis on listening skills
- Ability to work effectively in team environments

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per hour
