We're looking for a dependable Industrial Cleaner / Facilities Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout our manufacturing facility and office areas. This position includes both industrial cleaning and general custodial duties and plays an important role in supporting our production team.

Pay & Schedule
- $22–$25 per hour, based on experience
- Guaranteed 45-hour workweek (includes 5 hours of overtime)
- Weekly pay every Friday
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- No nights or weekends

Responsibilities of the Industrial Cleaner / Facilities Cleaner
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility
- Clean offices, hallways, conference rooms, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Dust, wipe down, and sanitize work surfaces
- Clean machinery, equipment, and production work areas
- Empty trash and dispose of industrial waste, including oils and fluids, following safety procedures
- Restock restroom and break room supplies
- Assist with deep cleaning and facility maintenance projects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE
Qualifications of the Industrial Cleaner / Facilities Cleaner
- At least 1 year of janitorial, custodial, industrial cleaning, or facility maintenance experience
- Manufacturing or industrial cleaning experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments
