Nelson Numeric is looking for a Mechanical QA Inspector to work in Final and/ Or In- Process Inspections - Weekend Shift, Work 36 hours get paid for 40!!
Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect/ Audit a Variety of Aerospace Products to ensure conformance with aerospace customer regulations
- Read/ Interpret, and understand GD& T
- Ability to use a variety of gages such as micrometers, height gauges, Calipers, Bore Gauges, and other equipment
- Responsible for Receiving, In Process, First and Final Article inspections
- Quality Inspector will be responsible for communicating information as needed
- Complete work orders using the internal ERP system
Required Qualifications and Education
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Must have piece part mechanical inspection experience - aerospace a plus
- Familiar with Precision inspection
- Must have prior bench inspection -using actual gages
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail Oriented, Fast Paced, work indepenedently
- Ability to apply skilled mechanical inspection methods (caliper, micrometer, , etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and procedure manuals.
- Experience in AS9100 Aerospace environment required
