LTC Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility. Join a collaborative rehab team focused on helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall independence.
What You'll Do:

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide therapy focused on mobility, pain management, balance, and functional movement

Supervise PTA staff and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

Monitor resident progress and adjust treatments as needed

Maintain accurate and timely documentation
