POSITION / OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW
- Join a premier FAA Part 145 Repair Station specializing in heavy maintenance, inspections, repairs, modifications, completions, and refurbishment of a diverse fleet of rotary-wing aircraft.
- As a Helicopter Inspector, you'll ensure all maintenance, structural repairs, modifications, and aircraft interior installations are completed in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards while maintaining the highest levels of safety, compliance, and airworthiness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform incoming, in-process, final, and return-to-service inspections on rotary-wing aircraft.
- Inspect heavy maintenance, structural repairs, aircraft modifications, and interior installations to ensure compliance with approved data.
- Verify maintenance has been completed in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, SRMs, and company procedures.
- Review maintenance documentation, work packages, logbook entries, and aircraft records for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with maintenance personnel.
- Perform conformity inspections on aircraft components, assemblies, and installed systems.
- Ensure all required inspections are properly documented prior to aircraft release.
- Interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and other regulatory documents.
- Maintain compliance with the company's Quality Management System and FAA Part 145 requirements.
- Collaborate with technicians, supervisors, and quality personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time aircraft delivery.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required.
- 6+ years of helicopter maintenance experience required.
- Previous aircraft inspection or Quality Control (QC) experience preferred.
- Experience performing or inspecting heavy maintenance, structural repairs, modifications, and aircraft interior installations.
- FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) is a plus but not required.
- Strong knowledge of FAA Part 43, Part 65, and Part 145 regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, SRMs, IPCs, and technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to complete a pre-employment 10-year Criminal Background Check and a standard FAA DOT drug test.
- Reliable personal transportation/vehicle required.
- Authorization to Work in the U.S. Required.
- Valid US Driver’s License.
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
