Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated FEMALE Servers to join our vibrant restaurant team! SERVERS MAKE $2.50 + TIPS averaging $100-$400+/ shift
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, ensuring all special requests are noted
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Process transactions efficiently with cash handling, credit card processing, and POS systems including OpenTable for reservations management
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Provide excellent guest relations through attentive service, addressing questions about menu items like culinary offerings or wine pairings
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems such as TOAST POS; familiarity with OpenTable is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills
- Basic math skills for sales transaction processing and cash handling accuracy
- Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktail preparation, and food industry terminology enhances service quality
- Previous host/hostess or serving experience is beneficial; culinary or kitchen experience can be an asset
