Certified Pharmacy Tech
High school diploma or equivalent required. One year job-related experience preferred.
Kentucky Board of Pharmacy Registration and National state Certification (CPhT) Required.
Prepares and distributes patient pharmacy orders to hospital departments/prescriptions to patients/representative. Maintains inventory documentation and assists in departmental performance improvement. State Pharmacy Registration/Certification Required
