Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on machinery
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Industrial Mechanic or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of industrial equipment
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience with HVAC/R systems is a plus
- Familiarity with low voltage systems is preferred
- Technical sales experience is a bonus

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and provide updates on maintenance activities
