Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively with the team will contribute to creating a memorable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and ingredients, restocking as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests in a professional manner.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Proven ability to provide outstanding hospitality and customer service.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is essential.
- Experience using POS systems is advantageous but not required.
