Here's what you'll be doing:
- Learning our Accounts Payable process by matching vendor invoices with purchase orders and packing slips before entering them into MISys, our inventory management software, with information transferred into Sage 50 US.
- Entering vendor invoices directly into Sage 50 US.
- Answering phones and emails with a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Working closely with our Customer Service and Purchasing teams to keep everything running smoothly.
- Coordinating with vendors and helping ensure orders stay on track.
- Learning about manufacturing, lighting components, and the products we build.
- Pitching in wherever needed because that's how we work—as a team.
We'd love to meet someone who:
- Loves organization and has an eye for detail.
- Enjoys working with numbers and making sure everything is accurate.
- Has experience with Sage 50 US or similar accounting software.
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Excel.
- Communicates professionally and enjoys working with people.
- Can juggle several tasks without losing track of the details.
- Learns new software and processes quickly.
- Stays calm when things get busy and enjoys figuring out solutions.
