About the Role

- Departmental Growth: Execute aggressive strategies to expand wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels while partnering with the Service Director to maximize shop efficiency.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, and mentor parts counters, drivers, and inventory personnel to foster a high-performing, accountable culture.
