Gordon’s Window Décor is a Vermont based, woman owned, family business that has been designing, manufacturing, and installing high-end custom window coverings since 1986.
The role of our eCommerce Customer Support Representative:
At GWD, we understand that our mission of creating “raving fans” starts with providing an exceptional customer experience with every interaction. The CSR leads the way, dazzling existing and potential customers with great advice, expert product knowledge, accurate and timely action, and an uncommonly friendly and attentive approach to every conversation.
eCommerce Customer Support Expectations:
Take ownership of the customer service experience which includes:
- Engaging with customers and prospects via calls, emails, and chats.
- Researching and resolving customer service issues.
- Proactively following up with customers and prospects.
- Providing price quotes and completing sales, including digital order entry.
- Managing sample requests (stocking samples, printing sample requests).
- Processing parts orders from order entry, through pulling and mailing parts.
- Processing repair orders from order entry through delivery of returned shades to Production.
Work Hours:
Customer service coverage is required Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Daily start times and lunch periods allow for some flexibility, provided this coverage is achieved.
