Part-Time Sonographer (Echo + Vascular) — Outpatient Office
Location: Hempstead, NY
Schedule: Tuesdays — 12-hour shift (1 day per week)
Compensation: $55–$65/hour (DOE)
A busy outpatient medical office in Hempstead is seeking an experienced Sonographer with strong Echocardiogram and Vascular Ultrasound skills to join the team on a part-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sonographer looking for a consistent once-a-week schedule in a supportive clinical environment with steady patient volume.
The sonographer will perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound studies, primarily focused on echocardiography and vascular imaging. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently in an outpatient setting.
Perform diagnostic echocardiograms (adult echo)
Conduct vascular ultrasound studies as needed
Ensure accurate image acquisition and documentation
Communicate effectively with providers and clinical staff
Maintain patient comfort and professionalism throughout exams
Follow all safety and quality protocols
Prior experience in Echocardiography and Vascular Ultrasound
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient office
Strong technical and patient care skills
Reliable availability for Tuesdays (12-hour shift)
