Fast paced Pontiac based title company looking for experienced Escrow Processor/Closer/Disburser to join our growing team as a TEAM LEADER. A successful applicant must exhibit comprehensive knowledge in real estate and document preparation.
We are looking for an outgoing, well organized person with a strong work ethic and desire to provide our clients with an exceptional closing experience.
Job Summary / Requirements:
- Prepare and Balance CD (Closing Disclosures) and/or ALTA settlement statements accurately.
- Comprehensive understanding of calculating tax prorations, pay offs, per diems & interest etc.
- Obtain, analyze and organize all necessary documents needed to process closing packages.
- Verify all title requirements are cleared. (clear if necessary)
- Attend and manages real estate closings.
- Aptitude to balance workload while still providing exemplary customer service.
- Able to build strong partnerships with local investors, lenders, realtors, attorneys, Auction companies, etc.
- Reliable, consistent attendance is a requirement and essential function of all positions.
Education and Experience:
- Completion of a High School diploma
- Minimum of 4 years experience in escrow/loan processing/document preparation
- Minimum 4 year experience in Title/Escrow
- Experience with Qualia is helpful, but not required
- Michigan Notary
