We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. Duties
1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
2. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
3. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
4. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
5. Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing phone calls and correspondence.
6. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
7. Assist with reservations and manage room assignments as needed.
8. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
Requirements
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in hospitality management software is a plus.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to providing outstanding guest relations.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
