As a Residential Care Professional, you’ll be a mentor and role model to individuals in our care. You’ll:
- Teach life skills like cooking, laundry, and money management
- Support with daily self-care, social skills, and independence
- Join in activities such as games, crafts, exercise, and outings
- Help with school, therapy, and community programs
- Ensure a safe, caring, and positive home environment

What We’re Looking For:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be 18+ with a valid Texas driver’s license (for more than 3 Years) and a clear record
- Previous experience supporting people with disabilities preferred (CNA/Medical Assistant a plus)
- Compassion, patience, and a commitment to teamwork
