About the Role
We’re hiring a Full-time, non-exempt Client Services Supervisor to support all studio locations remotely.
This is not a typical customer service job. You will be the voice of the brand, communicating with clients, supporting estheticians, and helping ensure each location runs smoothly.

You will be trusted to handle a high volume of conversations, shifting priorities, and sensitive situations, all while maintaining a calm, solutions-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily communication and coordination for up to 20 estheticians at a time during your shift
- Supervising the Client Services Specialists
- Communicate with clients via text (primarily) and occasional phone calls
- Schedule and adjust appointments across multiple locations
- Assist with membership and package administration
- Communicate updates with estheticians (“Worker Bees”)
- Manage multiple schedules at once
- Resolve challenging client and staff situations with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency
- Support studio operations to ensure smooth daily flow

- Exceptional written communication (grammar and spelling matter)
- Strong multitasking ability
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems at once
- Able to work independently in a remote environment

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Must live in the Las Vegas or Henderson area. Must be able to attend periodic in-person training and team-building events in Las Vegas a few times a year.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet
- Efficient typing skills
- Experience with Vagaro and Slack is helpful but not required.
- Weekend and evening availability required
- Current shift available (Subject to change based on business needs) :
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 2:00pm–9:00pm PST
- Saturday and Sunday: 2:00pm–9:00pm PST
