Key Responsibilities

Greet all guests with a warm, engaging, and professional demeanor, creating an immediate sense of welcome

Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists with efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail

Coordinate seating to optimize flow, pacing, and overall guest experience in both dining and lounge areas

Maintain a strong understanding of the restaurant layout, table availability, and service timing

Escort guests to tables while providing clear communication and elevated hospitality

Handle high-volume periods with composure, urgency, and organization

Communicate effectively with servers, management, and support staff to ensure seamless transitions and service continuity

Monitor the entrance, lobby, and rooftop arrival experience to ensure it reflects luxury brand standards
