- Tuesday: 4:00 p.m.–7:30 p.m.
- Wednesday: 4:00 p.m.–7:30 p.m.
- Thursday: 4:00 p.m.–7:30 p.m.
- Sunday: 10:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
AA Mental Health Services Inc. is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time in-home ABA case located in the Houston, TX 77085 area.
Client-Specific Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish and English
- Female RBT preferred based on the client’s specific needs
- At the client family’s request, the selected candidate must maintain a smoke-free and vape-free environment during all therapy sessions and while on the client’s property.
- Must be available for the complete established scheduleResponsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the client’s home.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect and accurately document data regarding the client’s progress.
- Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition procedures.
- Communicate professionally with parents, caregivers, and clinical supervisors.
- Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and agency policies.
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and required training.
- Complete session documentation within the required timeframes.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while following the supervising BCBA’s clinical guidance.
- Reliable transportation to the client’s home.
- Ability to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Previous experience providing in-home ABA services is preferred.
