Greenway Mazda Houston is actively seeking Experienced Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing service department. We are looking for dependable, motivated technicians who take pride in delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service.
Compensation: $65,000–$125,000+ annually, based on experience, certifications, productivity, and other qualifying factors.
Mazda or import dealership experience is preferred. ASE Certified Technicians are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Perform inspections, testing, and repairs using diagnostic tools and specialized equipment
- Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and deliver quality workmanship
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive technician experience required
- Mazda or import dealership experience preferred
- ASE Certification preferred but not required
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
- Experience using diagnostic equipment, lifts, alignment equipment, A/C machines, and other shop tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license required
