We’re growing and looking to add a Construction Estimator to our team
We are a design-build general contractor specializing in retail, commercial, and fuel-related projects, with in-house design and engineering capabilities. This role is critical to our continued growth and success.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare detailed estimates from conceptual through Fixed-Fee, T&M, GMP, etc.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
- Solicit, review, and level subcontractor bids- Ready for Subcontractors /PO’s, etc.
- Build and maintain a subcontractor database by market
- Collaborate with our in-house design team (design & engineering)
- Support value engineering and cost optimization when required
- Assist business development with early-stage budgeting
- Maintain and improve our cost database
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- 5+ years of commercial estimating experience with a general contractor or developer
- Strong background in commercial / retail construction
- Experience in design-build delivery (preferred)
- Knowledge of site work and fuel systems is a big plus
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, and estimating software

Location: Tampa, FL (Brandon area)
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
