Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Cabinet Installer, Fabricator, and Finish Carpenter with a strong background in finish carpentry and shop fabrication. You will be the face of our craftsmanship on-site, primarily installing custom cabinetry, wall paneling, and base/case molding. THIS IS HIGH END CUSTOM WORK.
When you aren’t in the field, you will be an integral part of our Rosemead shop team, assisting with the fabrication and assembly of the very products you install.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation: Lead the installation of high-end custom cabinets, ensuring everything is level, plumb, and scribed perfectly to field conditions.
- Finish Carpentry: Install architectural wall paneling, baseboards, and door casings with precision.
- Shop Fabrication: During installation downtime, work in our Rosemead shop building cabinets, assembling components, and prepping projects for delivery.
- Problem Solving: Adjust and trim components on-site to ensure a seamless fit.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in cabinet installation and finish carpentry.
- Shop Skills: Proven experience building cabinets (cutting, assembly, and hardware installation).
- Tools: Must have your own full set of professional-grade tools for installation.
- Transportation: Must have a reliable truck or van capable of transporting tools to various jobsites.
- Travel: Our shop is in Rosemead, but current projects are heavily concentrated in Orange County and Los Angeles county. You must be willing to travel throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy cabinets and materials (50+ lbs) regularly.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
- Gas Reimbursement: We provide mileage/gas reimbursement for all round-trips exceeding 50 miles.

Pay: $27.41 - $33.02 per hour
