Duties
- Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and pressure washing equipment to access high or hard-to-reach windows.
- Clean windows using hand tools, squeegees, scrubbers, and industrial cleaning solutions to achieve streak-free clarity.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, harnesses, and eye protection to ensure safety during all tasks.
- Perform manual handling of heavy lifting tasks involving cleaning equipment, supplies, or materials.
- Conduct duct cleaning, floor buffing, and exterior surface washing to maintain overall property cleanliness.
- Apply safety protocols diligently, including use of fire extinguishers and adherence to industry standards during outdoor work.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work progress and addressing any special requests or concerns.
Requirements
- Proven experience with ladder use, pressure washing, or industrial cleaning preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques using various equipment such as hand tools, pressure washers, and floor buffers.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual handling tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with safety procedures including PPE usage, fire extinguisher operation, and safe working at heights.
- Prior outdoor work experience in commercial or residential settings is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
