Job Description
Harmony Communities is looking for a highly motivated individual with HR and knowledge. The HR Manager must fulfill various responsibilities, qualifications and duties. In this position they should be able to work closely with thesenior management to create comprehensive action plans concerning policy implementation, record management, training and development, employee relations, and recruitment.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Serves as the primary point of contact for HR, coach managers on performance, feedback, and effective people practices.
- Lead HR Team and oversee daily HR operations
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting: job postings, interviews, selection, and on-boarding
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure legal compliance and policy updates
- Support leadership with HR strategy and organizational development
- Generate reports on the HR team’s activities and performance
- Finalize termination paperwork and assist with exit interviews
- Handle grievances and complaints
- Produce and distribute HR documentation
- File and maintain employee records
- Act as a point of contact with public services

Desired Skills
Previous experience working as an HR professional
Extensive experience with HR functions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Speed and accuracy in work and ability to maintain focus
Takes initiative, displays a strong work ethic, and maintains a positive attitude
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data
Outstanding math and research skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficiency with 10-key typing and data entry
Deadline-driven with excellent time management ability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
