Position: Surgical Technologist - Full Time (FT), 36 hours per week or Part Time (PT), 16-32 hours per week
Department: Surgery
Reports To: Director, Surgery

What You'll Do:
- Assist surgeons by preparing instruments and supplies and maintaining an aseptic surgical environment.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and ensure an orderly and efficient operating field.
- Maintain accurate sponge, needle, and instrument counts.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24-hour surgical coverage.
What You Need:
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility and a team-oriented mindset.
- BLS certification
- Surgical Tech certification (required within 6 months of hire)
