THE OPPORTUNITY:
MATRIX is seeking a Service Technician/Quality Control Supervisor with a CURRENT CALIFORNIA STRUCTURAL PEST CONTROL BOARD FIELD REP LICENSE who will be responsible for troubleshooting & servicing new and existing accounts in the Bay area.

THE POSITION:
- Resolve pest problems and create great working relationships with our customers.
- Keep track of your work with our easy-to-use handheld systems.
- Proactively maintain a pest-free status in your accounts by monitoring and strategically applying our state-of-the-art products.
COMPENSATION: $28 - $30 hourly to start (based upon experience). Bonus and commission opportunities

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Field Rep License from the California Structural Pest Control Board a must.
MUST BE AVALABLE FOR OCCASIONAL NIGHT WORK.
Previous experience working independently, and with minimal supervision in the Pest Control Industry.
Stable work history.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Great work ethic, career-minded, and success motivated!
High School Diploma/GED.
