Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, dependable and motivated Front Desk/ Patient coordinator to join our dental team.
Dental experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided. We are looking or someone who is organized, comfortable speaking with patients, willing to learn, and able to work well in a fast-paced office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette, providing excellent customer service and scheduling support.
- Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression of the practice.
- Support clinical staff by managing appointment reminders, patient follow-ups via phone call and text, and general administrative support.
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems.
- Review and update patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies.
- Assist in making out-bund calls to reactivate patients and update tracking logs.
- Support the office manager and front desk team.
- Provide friendly and professional patient service.
