Sixth City Innovations is expanding our in-person sales team in Cleveland, OH, and we are hiring AT&T Sales Associates to help connect customers with industry-leading wireless, entertainment, and smart home technology solutions.
This is a full-time, on-site position where you’ll work face-to-face with customers to understand their communication needs and recommend the best AT&T services. No prior sales experience is required—just a positive mindset and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers from our Cleveland office and occasional nearby business clientele locations
- Provide friendly, personalized consultations to help customers choose the right wireless plans, smartphone devices, streaming services, and smart home products.
- Clearly explain product features and service benefits to build trust and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Process account activations, upgrades, updates, and service requests.
- Maintain ongoing customer relationships and schedule follow-up appointments when needed.
- Track performance goals and contribute to team success.
- Stay up to date on current promotions, product updates, and industry trends through company-provided training.
- Support a positive, collaborative, and high-energy team environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation to our Cleveland office (this is not a remote position).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Upbeat, coachable, and goal-oriented personality.
- Ability to handle multiple conversations and follow-up tasks.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize multiple projects, and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Must be willing to work hard in an entry-level position and attend appropriate training sessions
- Tech-savvy and enthusiastic about wireless and digital products.
- Experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus—but not required.
