As a server at Tavern by the Sea, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have a memorable visit. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests with a friendly attitude and guiding them through the dining experience.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and communicating them to the kitchen staff.
- Delivering meals and beverages promptly and checking in to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including resetting tables for the next guests.
- Collaborating with the team to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all.
We’re searching for someone who brings:
- At least 1 year of experience in a serving or similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A flexible schedule to accommodate restaurant hours.
