Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Write and update behavior support plans using evidence-based strategies
- Provide ongoing training and supervision to RBTs
- Lead parent trainings and caregiver consultations
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers to promote continuity of care
- Monitor client progress through data review and adjust programming as needed
- Ensure program fidelity and ethical implementation across services
- Manage clinic daily operations
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (or within 30 days of hire)
- Active or eligible for Behavior Analyst licensure in Kansas
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders
- Passion for working with children ages 2-10 and supporting families

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
