Asad’s Hot Chicken is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Cashier / Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, accurately process orders, handle cash and card transactions, and help create a positive experience for every guest.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a positive attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Process cash, credit card, and digital payments
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter area
- Assist with packing orders for dine-in, takeout, and delivery services
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
- Follow company policies and food safety standards
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Restaurant or cashier experience is preferred but not required
