Job Overview
We are hiring an AAE to join our expanding company which specializes in temporary construction staffing. As an AAE you will spend 75% of your time learning from the Account Executives how to recruit, place, and manage highly efficient teams for your projects. The other 25% of your time will be spent in the field building upon your relationships with the clients and ensuring you have the right personnel in the right positions.
Duties
- Recruiting experienced general and skilled personnel to join our teams
- Assisting in morning check-ins/handoffs at clients’ location sites
- Conducting phone and in-person interviews with candidates
- Managing the onboarding process of new employees
- Maintaining up to date job boards of available candidates
- Coaching, mentoring, and training of new employees
- Assist the Account Executives in managing highly effective teams for our clients’
- Build upon and maintain client relationships
- Attend lunches, networking events, and social outings
- Develop strategic personnel and problem-solving solutions
- Communicate expectations between all stakeholdersExperience
- Must be outgoing, personable and a team player
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Pay: $49,586.35 - $65,000.00 per year
