What You'll Do:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Manager, Business Operations, to support our GTM Organization. This individual will lead a team of Business Operations Analysts while also contributing strategically and operationally to key revenue initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical expertise with proven people leadership skills and excels in a highly matrixed environment. This role requires the ability to coach and develop talent, drive cross-functional alignment, and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence business outcomes.
What Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Operations Analysts, fostering a high-performance and collaborative team culture.
Drive continuous improvement in forecasting processes, pipeline trends, and forecasting accuracy, ensuring high-quality, actionable insights
Serve as a key liaison across Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations, Finance, RevOps, and other internal teams to deliver business reviews, insights, and recommendations.
What You'll Need to be Successful:
7+ years of experience in operations, finance, analytics, or a related field, with at least 2 years of people management experience.
