Are You the Type of Person Who Doesn't Need to Be Micromanaged?
We're looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead who can show up, lead a crew, and get the job done right without someone standing over their shoulder all day.
If you take pride in your work, lead by example, communicate well, and understand what quality landscape maintenance looks like, we'd like to talk with you.
Big Plus If You Are Mechanically Inclined
Candidates who can perform basic equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs will receive strong consideration.
Important: Read Before Applying
Our company operates differently than many landscape companies.
We will evaluate your skills and competency early on, but after that, you will be expected to manage your crew with little to no daily supervision. You will typically receive a route sheet, property notes, and the tools needed to succeed.
If you require constant direction or supervision, this position is probably not a good fit.
If you're the type of leader who can take ownership, solve problems, maintain quality standards, and get the work done without being micromanaged, we want to hear from you.
