Lunchboxx is a chef-driven rotisserie and deli located inside Denver Central Market. We focus on slow roasted and grilled meats, fresh seasonal salads, sandwiches, and plates made with quality ingredients and thoughtful execution.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced cook who wants to be more than just another line cook. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role, help shape our kitchen culture, and grow alongside a small, ambitious team with plans for expansion.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook food across multiple stations, including grill, sauté, and rotisserie.
- Execute prep with precision, organization, and consistency.
- Expedite during busy service while maintaining quality and communication.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, heating, and cooling standards.
- Assist with basic beef and poultry fabrication.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with the team.
- Contribute ideas for new dishes, specials, and menu development.
What We're Looking For
- Strong knife skills.
- Experience grilling, roasting, sautéing, and working with proteins.
- A clean, organized work style with attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation.
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Leadership mindset with a willingness to teach and learn.
Schedule
- Availability for evenings and weekends is required.
- Choose between:
- Four 10-hour shifts
- Five 8-hour shifts
- Flexible scheduling whenever possible because we believe work-life balance matters.

Compensation
- Guaranteed $24/hour with tips.
- Current earnings typically range from $25–$28/hour, depending on tips.
- Pay is based on experience.
