Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The RN/LPN will play a critical role in delivering quality healthcare services to our clients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being. This position is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. Resthave is looking for 1st shift and 2nd shift nurses!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
