Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction tasks and a strong work ethic. This role involves working on construction sites, performing a variety of labor-intensive tasks, and collaborating with other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites.
- Perform construction of retaining walls, paver patios, and other site intensive work.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction activities.
- Engage in cutting pavers and stones with safety and craftsmanship
- Conduct masonry work, including laying pavers and blocks as needed.
- Ability to learn and grow with the crew and company
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Ability to operate skid steers and excavators. Not required but recommended)
Preferred Requirements
- Previous experience on a construction site is preferred.
- Proficiency in using laser levels and understanding slopes of patios is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with patio and retaining wall installations
- Strong skills in using hand tools and power tools safely.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
