Qualifications/Certifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility) required
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome
- Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in a school-based setting
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
- Document progress and maintain accurate records according to school and district policies
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team process
- Develop and implement engaging and evidence-based therapy activities
- Commit to onsite presence to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships and support
