Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Clerk to join our Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting incoming and outgoing merchandise to ensure compliance with quality standards and operational procedures. This role requires familiarity with digital tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, unload, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.
- Organize, store, and maintain inventory in designated warehouse locations following established procedures.
- Pick, pack, label, wrap, and prepare customer orders and shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Perform detailed inspections of merchandise, identifying and reporting any damages, defects, shortages, or discrepancies.
- Accurately document inspection results, inventory movements, and shipment information using warehouse systems and digital applications.
- Collaborate with warehouse, inventory, and operations teams to meet daily productivity goals and maintain efficient workflows.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures to ensure operational accuracy.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, pickers, or other material handling equipment, when certified and authorized.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with general warehouse duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, merchandise inspection, inventory control, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies and quality issues.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills with the ability to use warehouse systems and digital applications.
- Good mathematical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a warehouse environment.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or pickers is preferred (certification is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Prior experience in a logistics or quality control environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
