Responsibilities
- This position is for a car dealership valet!
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles in designated areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Manage cash handling for parking fees, ensuring accurate transactions and record-keeping.
- Monitor the parking area to ensure safety and security of vehicles.
- Assist with valet parking services when needed, including driving vehicles to and from designated locations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while providing a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Experience in valet parking or dealership environments is advantageous.
- Knowledge of retail math is beneficial for managing payments.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A friendly attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality.
