- Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients, ensuring mutual understanding and satisfaction.
- Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, follow-up communications, and updating CRM systems efficiently.
- Utilize analysis skills to assess client financial situations and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, explaining policy details, and guiding clients through the application process.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively.
- Familiarity with sales administration tools, CRM software, and marketing techniques is preferred.
- Excellent analysis skills for evaluating client needs and customizing insurance solutions accordingly.
- Experience in remote customer engagement is advantageous.
