Essentials job functions:

Welcomes all guests to the restaurant professionally and courteously, according to the established restaurant steps of service.

Sets and resets tables according to standard before, during and after service.

Supports server to ensure fast and efficient table service by maintaining their section and the restaurant clean, stocked and organized.

Works to anticipate the needs of the server at all times, assisting them however necessary.

Works with a sense of urgency to anticipate guests’ needs and assist other team members when the opportunity arises.

Must be able to maintain excellent customer service skills and attention to detail, while maintaining high service standards.

Reports any incidents of theft, vandalism, violations of house rules, breaches of security and safety regulations to management immediately.

Cleans spills immediately, notifying other staff members and using appropriate signage when necessary.

Must be able to lift and carry at least 70 lbs. on a tray or service arm, pull or push up to 150 lbs.

Must be able to stand or walk a minimum of eight-hour shift and work inside assigned area in the restaurant.

Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry objects as necessary.

Must be able to work in a fast pace and high –volume environment, in the presence of areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, dancing, bright lights, sun, rain and dust; and communicate during this time, sometimes within a small area.

Performs all opening and closing duties as assigned.

Provide help and support to all fellow team members.
