This role is ideal for both new graduates and experienced clinicians looking for a balanced schedule, manageable caseloads, and strong clinical support. No prior BCBA experience is required, as we provide full training, mentoring, and onboarding support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs
- Administer and interpret assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, ABLLS-R)
- Supervise and support RBTs and behavior technicians
- Conduct parent training and ongoing caregiver support
- Collect, analyze, and review data to monitor client progress
- Maintain documentation compliant with BACB and insurance standards
Schedule & Flexibility:
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Full-time or part-time options available
- Up to 5 work-from-home days per month (telehealth, supervision, documentation)
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Active BCBA/LBA license in Texas (required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $85,000 to $104,000 based on experience
- Sign-on bonus: Up to $5,000
