Property Manager
Prior experience with Condo & Association management required and FL CAM LICENSE REQUIRED. SPANISH and ENGLISH REQUIRED
Responsible for customer service and handling vendor scheduling and bidding. Must have excellent communication skills in both email and phone. Capable of multitasking, self-motivated and able to work independently on objectives. Must be able to handle stressful situations and very demanding clients. Bilingual: English / Spanish required. 9am to 5pm although if you are required to always leave at 5pm even if tasks are pending this is not the job for you so please do not apply. Must be available by phone in case of emergencies. 112 unit building which you will be fully responsible for. Knowledger of AppFolio or similar software necessary. You will be responsible for the accounts payable and accounts receivable for the building.
Monday through Friday in office. Office located in Miami Beach, FL within the building
Must have an active Florida CAM License
