Work Setting: Hybrid
Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a MEP Revit BIM Designer to be based in our Tampa, Hollywood, Fort Myers or Orlando, Florida office. This is a hybrid position (3 days a week in-office, 2 days remote).

Key Responsibilities:
-
Creation of Revit models, Revit families, and CAD base files for use in creating contract documents.

Ability to design piping layouts in Revit to produce enlarged plans, sections, and details for various process mechanical systems.

Coordinate with other disciplines (Site Civil, Structural, Architectural, HVAC, Electrical, and I&C) to help resolve design conflicts and challenges.

Executing redlines from Engineers and senior CAD/BIM Designers.

Ensure drawing compliance with company and client CAD standards.

Ambition to learn, communicate effectively, and collaborate with other designers.
Required Qualifications:

Completion of a technical school with CAD design certificate or Associate’s degree with emphasis on Revit MEP preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience using Revit MEP and AutoCAD required.

Experience leading and coordinating drawing production for small to medium sized projects.

Some design experience with water and/or wastewater projects desired.

Basic understanding of process mechanical piping, chemical piping, and associated pipe materials and fittings for Water, Wastewater and Pump Station facilities.
