Join a Growing Trauma-Focused Behavioral Health Practice!
Cornerstone Health & Wellness Clinic is seeking a licensed LCSW, LCSW-S, LPC-MHSP, or LPC-MHSP-S to serve as a Clinical Supervisor/Consultant for our growing outpatient practice.
This is a low time commitment, flexible contract position ideal for an experienced clinician looking for supplemental income. The selected clinician will provide clinical oversight to master’s-level clinicians (LMSWs and LPC candidates), offer consultation as needed, and review/sign clinical documentation in accordance with Tennessee regulations and insurance requirements.
Supervision and consultation may be conducted virtually, with occasional in-person meetings as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight for LMSWs and/or LPC candidates.
- Be available for consultation regarding clinical cases as needed.
- Review, co-sign, and approve clinical documentation when required.
- Ensure documentation and clinical services meet ethical, legal, and payer requirements.
- Support the professional growth and development of supervisees.
- Maintain compliance with Tennessee licensing board standards and professional practice guidelines.
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee LCSW, LCSW-S, LPC-MHSP, or LPC-MHSP-S license in good standing.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
- Previous clinical supervision experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health documentation, ethics, and insurance requirements.
- Must be willing to become credentialed with Cornerstone Health & Wellness Clinic’s insurance panels to provide clinical oversight and sign documentation for LMSWs and other master’s-level clinicians when required by payer guidelines. Cornerstone Health & Wellness Clinic will facilitate the credentialing process.
