Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a dynamic and motivated certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team at our new acquired senior care community in Markesan, WI. We’re offering PRN opportunities, perfect for professionals who value flexibility and meaningful work in a supportive, therapist-owned organization.
As a COTA with Greenfield, you’ll play an essential role in delivering hands-on care that empowers residents to reach their goals in daily living, mobility, and overall function. You’ll work under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist and in collaboration with a team that values your input and commitment.

COTA responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy treatments as directed by a licensed occupational therapist
Assist residents in improving their ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs)
Encourage functional independence through therapeutic interventions
Monitor and document residents' progress toward goals
Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment use
Collaborate with therapy and nursing staff to ensure coordinated care
Support residents with compassion and professionalism
