MN Nice Cream is urgently hiring a rockstar to work directly with the owner and management team, helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across our stores, food trucks, and events.
This is a high-energy, hands-on role for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and loves being at the center of a fast-moving small business. If you’re organized, reliable, great with people, and don’t mind getting your hands a little sticky (sprinkles included), we want to meet you.
Pay is $18/hr plus tips with a guaranteed total rate of $25/hr. We want to make sure even on slow days that you are hitting at least $25/hr. With less staff on expect to make great tips!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Opening and / or closing shifts at both store locations - Minneapolis & Stillwater (vehicle provided)
- Working on food trucks and catering special events
- Helping with store setups, organization, inventory, shopping
- Assisting with social media and marketing efforts (Instagram-friendly content encouraged)
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and positive environment for staff and customers
What We’re Looking For
- Previous service industry experience (restaurant, café, hospitality, food trucks, or similar)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative without constant direction
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to drive frequently
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Positive energy, good judgment, and a true go-getter mindset
